Policies

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason except damaged goods. You must provide a photo evidence and report the damaged good within 5 days of receiving the item.

For hygienic reasons, we do not accept the return or exchange of face masks.

We do not accept cancellation of orders. Please be sure you want your goods when clicking order!

All orders ship via USPS First Class mail within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. 

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or late packages. 

Our products are hand dyed and perfectly imperfect! Using plant dyes means the color consistency of each individual piece is variable and each color, pattern, and pigment is unique and gorgeous. 

Please be sure the address provided at checkout is correct. It is your responsibility to provide the correct address, as we will only be able to ship to the address provided at checkout. 

Inventory is not held in your cart, your order is only finalized after payment has successfully processed. 

We make every effort to display the color of our goods as accurately as possible. We are not responsible for monitor discoloration. 

Product Care: Items come pre washed and dried. To launder, wash by hand or machine wash cold on delicate with gentle detergent. Hang to dry. Do not wash with zippered items or anything that would snag the silk. Color will not transfer.
